Stephanie is a National Strength & Conditioning Association Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA-CPT) who’s specialties include sports nutrition, wellness across the lifespan, older adult fitness, and holistic health coaching. She is a National Exercise Trainers Association (NETA) certified Group Fitness Instructor, TRX, and Barre Above ® instructor, with a Bachelor of Science degree from Colorado State University in Health & Exercise Science with an emphasis in Health Promotion & Cardiac Rehab. Stephanie has been training and coaching clients since 2013 and specializes in training clients with goals of weight loss, muscle building, lifestyle changes, healthy eating, core stability/strength and flexibility. 

Stephanie has experience in many physical activities and sports throughout her life including a few years of softball, 7 years of soccer, 8 years of dancing, 12 years of weight training/bodybuilding/cardiovascular training/yoga. Her love for fitness and healthy living shines bright and she strives to guide others to love it just like herself.
